On September 22, 3rd-8th graders are invited to join us at Bear Paw Adventure Park for an unforgettable action-packed day! Tackle a thrilling ropes course, engage in exciting laser tag battles, and fire fireball cannons. Plus, feel the exhilaration of the Spider Jump bungee trampoline, soaring up to 20 feet high into the air!

This day is all about creating unforgettable memories while building confidence and teamwork. With plenty of adventure and fun activities, it's the perfect opportunity to bond with friends in a safe and exciting environment!

FAQs

  • What is the date, time, and location of the event?

    • The event is on September 22, 2024.  The event itself is 2pm-5pm. Bus drop off is at 12:30pm and pick up is at 6pm. 

  • What activities will my child participate in?

    • Your child will enjoy a 2-hour ropes course, laser tag, firing fireball cannons, and the Spider Jump bungee trampoline. These activities are designed to be fun, safe, and age-appropriate.

  • Is this event supervised?

    • Yes! The event will be supervised by experienced staff and  teen leaders to ensure safety and provide guidance throughout the day. In addition to the Bear Paw staff, there is at least 1 adult staff member for every 10 participants. 

  • What safety measures are in place for the activities?

    • All activities at Bear Paw Adventure Park follow strict safety guidelines. Harnesses are used for the ropes course, and trained staff will oversee all equipment to ensure safety during every activity.

  • What should my child wear and bring?

    • Your child should wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes for the activities. We recommend bringing a water bottle and a small backpack for any personal items.

  • Will food be provided?

    • Pareve and dairy snacks will be provided. Lunch is NOT included as part of the event. You may pack your child with a lunch to eat on the bus. 

  • How will transportation to and from the event be handled?

    • Bus transportation will be provided from the Chicago Northwest Suburbs and Milwaukee. ​
    • Drop off at Rochelle Zell Jewish High School or Congregation Beth Israel Ner Tamid at 12:30pm 
    • Pick up at Rochelle Zell Jewish High School  or Congregation Beth Israel Ner Tamid at 6pm 
  • ​​What is the cost of the event, and what does it include?​

    • The cost of the event includes transportation, participation in all activities, and food. The early bird price is $36 thru 9/8, the subsidized regular price is $54 thru 9/15, the full unsubsidized price is $58. 

  • What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

    • We’ll keep a close eye on the weather, and if conditions are unsafe, we will either adjust the schedule or reschedule the event. Parents will be notified in advance of any changes.
